Can you still get the free character, at this point, if your ar just turned 20? I got a little disheartened cause I just started and decided, hey maybe I can get one of those by pushing my ar to 23 and getting access to that town in the story, only to find is been potentially gated behind time and or material upgrades with a per day max? Am I wrong and I can still get it if I hit it every day perhaps?
