Call the McDonalds customer service under this number: 1-800-244-6227
Tell the person speaking to you that your code for the Genshin Impact collaboration is missing.
Provide them with your name and the email address associated with your McDonalds account.
Customer service will be able to put a ticket into McDonalds’ internal system, flagging your account to receive the missing code in the next hour or so – if more time passes and you’re still not getting your code, customer service advises calling the number again on the next day.”
This collaboration is only available in the United states however if you can somehow get your hands on a redeem code it will work in any region!
Be sure to have an Email linked to your McDonald’s account that you have full access to and are able to open and look at.
Once the code does go through it should be in your promotional section or possibly SPAM.
If you have not received your code, there very well could be a delay between everyone constantly buying these meals across the United States. So I would say be patient but if you are eager feel free to e-mail McDonald’s and show them your receipt.

They just really were not prepared for this collab. My location has both items, I ordered the meal through the app on the 18th, with all the email settings on and I haven’t received anything. And I’m seeing so many people saying that even contacting customer support didn’t help, so it kind of just seems like a rip off. Not only is this event already limited to those that can buy mcdonalds or who have a participating location, but they also aren’t even giving out the promised/purchased rewards to those who can anyway. It’s kind of scummy, it seems like many people who should rightfully have the rewards wont get anything by the time the event ends.

This sucks i just got it because i had some money and didnt even get the code i checked everything. I even checked support and all they told me basically was good luck.
It turns out I had soemthing called privatye relay turned on for my apple account, which made a different email for mcdonalds. this email was used when i bought the deluxe thing, does the code go to this non-existant email?

I just checked my app again after waiting several days, and I noticed that I didn't have the REWARDS REWARDS option ticked on. It was off. I've a feeling lots of people may have ordered their meals in the same situation.
That's why I waited till way later to get it so I wouldn't have this problem I got it instantly after I bought the food.😊
