i don't look up interactive map unless i have tried every method to find something. I still have Eula and HuTao story quests and some hang out events that's not done yet.
Im at 500 exp books and 3mil so Im going to start farming fire stuff to work on improving my Hu Tao and I also want things to burn for the new sets, also saved all the Fragile resin so I got 20 to burn for the next one 😀
I might use the interactive map just to mark places where I already got the electroculus but not actively look for others I haven't seen yet, I want to do this because I had one last geoculus left for weeks and it bothered me so much 😂
If you collected all electroculus and you don't have that 1 extra electroculi then its time to look it up lol
I never used the interactive maps, and I still find chests every now and then. It feels good and keeps me wondering if I've missed any! These tips right here are top notch!
wish could pre farm some material for Ayaka but guess the material hunt decree can wait til the update descend

The exploration can sometimes be tedious when you need that one oculus or that 1 chest but that's literally the best part of the game.
Absolutely right there walrus, I always let myself explore around area as it maintains the element of surprise and excitement

The good thing for me, I don't need Ayaka and Yoimiya. I can spend the resin during Ayaka banner for Electro Traveler. But I will try to summon for Sayu.
I'm going to bet on waiting for the next livestream and wait for the the upcoming banners if it's a rerun of Ganyu and Hutao etc or new banners in that way maybe my decision are already solid when it comes

Oculi from Inazuma will still make a specific sound effect when you are near them. That is how I use the interactive map. Solving puzzles and finding secrets is what I like to do (old fan of tomb raider and devil may cry) but I also love story. When there's only one of the two I somehow feel disappointed.
I swear people min max in a game where it's not needed. You may focus on wrong characters and have to grind more later, you may need to go back to places multiple times and find chests. But that's the beauty of the game I feel. I randomly go around and beat mobs for materials and find chests or puzzles, its so fun.

I am now trying to complete everything I can in liyue and mondstad, haven't done most of the hangouts and some world quests are yet to be completed
