lmao I remember when one of my non-gamer friends tried out genshin and asked me how to make their characters stronger…
I ended up info-bombing them so hard with which relic sets to go for, which guides to watch, which regions to explore and which teams to use that they ended up getting overwhelmed and uninstalling the game…
Can't help but wonder if they'd have been able to enjoy it more if they had a little resource like this instead of some nerd's (my) inane rambling about details they couldn't possibly care to understand

Well at least hoyo did make an effort to make to help with artifact builds. No one's gonna have enough time to reads all that wikipedia info when the only thing they want is to have fun and BEEEG Numbers go brrrrt

Is this a guide for a guide
The fact that the training guide puts leveling the character as one of the first things on the list when most of the time it is one of the things that gives the least improvement is frustrating. Most characters get very little increase from 80 to 90 but it takes about 1/3 of the resources that it did to go from 1-80 just to get the last 10 levels. Getting to lvl 80 with the ascension done is plenty. And there are even many characters that you will use off-field that you won't see that much benefit from going higher than lvl 60 with the ascension done when you are trying to get as many characters useful as you can. It was one of the things that I had to unlearn from other games when playing Genshin. Talents are very important, and artifacts and weapon levels are very important, though
