If your character isn't "top whatever %" don't think your build sucks or that you're a bad player. I'm currently building a Roster of character that are not usable to the point where they can all be used in the abyss, and then after that I will start slowly doing what you did with Chiori to ALL of my favorite characters. Yoimiya, Furina, Hu Tao, Collei, Kequeen and Dehya, I will get their C6 and their weapons… So see you in 6 years Xd
don't let the top 3% fool you, this is a very strong build. since there are less chiori mains, there's less chioris on the leaderboar, so being top 1500/50k builds looks much different than being top 1500/300k builds on other leaderboards. a top 1500 for other characters would be top 1%.
