He doesn't look anything like I thought he would but I love his design. His gameplay looks super fun too.
Only thing I "dislike" about this character is that he's only character that was announced. And he'll arrive in genshin in about 2 months.
Which means at least 3 more months without any Dendro characters.
I personally dont give a flying fluit about heizou lmao, gimme a yelan or shinobu any day
Heizou was only talked about in leaks. He wasn’t never mentioned or talked about from any of the characters until later on down this patch from Sara,Kokomi and Ayaka only talked about him in their own voice lines.
I personally don’t like the colors scheme on him and this detective design doesn’t really fit him nor doesn’t scream “DETECTIVE” but I don’t care about all of that. After seeing his leaked gameplay and reading his whole entire kit it seem very fun. He definitely going to feel fun to play as wether he is mediocre or not,I’m happy that he is going to be the first male Anemo catalyst user.
He’s definitely a 4⭐️ from what I was reading on his kit and he might be Sub/DPS character. But I think people might build him a little bit more like a DPS then a sub.
I cannot wait for him and see more of his gameplay. 💚🙏🏾✨
it just so happens I have a skyward atlas with his name on it. got it to r3 as of this morning along with a Lisa constellation.

I personally really don’t love his design, I think his top half is cool maybe a bit simple but the color of his pants really throws me off and I think they could’ve definitely chosen a way better color that wasn’t hideous
Aesthetically: meh. I find him bland and unoriginal (also I'm so sick of those little boys in shorts).
Maybe he'll turn out to be a fun and genuinely cool character. Only time will tell.
Heizou might be one of those characters that more lore focused players have waited for a long time. There’s been NPCs mentioning him for a long time + funny comments on Inazuman notice boards. People who are more into the action and abyss levels are not going to pay attention to that kind of details 🙂 (Not a diss, It’s nice that there’s room for different kind of players.)
I pictured him as a young Sherlock Holmes type character. So extremely clever that he doesn’t obey the rules when there’s a interesting puzzle to solve. I’m very exited to finally meet him. And definitely pulling if I have primos. Always happy to get new Anemo characters, it’s my favourite element. (If the speculations about him being a catalyst user are true, people are going to loose their mind.)
Y’all are so goofy if you’re heartbroken because y’all really thought he was gonna look like the FAN ART. especially after previous released characters looking nothing like their fan art.

Thus far people have speculated that Anemo and Dendro doesn’t have a reaction but u feel like anemos ability to infuse with other elements still gives it the capability to somewhat react with dendro. Use an anemo character to create a big aoe of an element that does react with dendro. I’m talking about Heizou’s burst

He joining the broken 4 star club with Bennet bro, I never expected mihoyo to do it again. He's a melee catalyst he solves the problem of catalyst users having limited control. He bout to be my new favorite for a minute haven't been this hyped about a 4 star since Yanfei

I actually like his design more than his fan design! I wasn’t even aware he was a catalyst until a few hours ago and I already loved him!
i kinda like this design, cuz when it's said he is a detective i often picture him with cool or neutral colors, body in fully covered clothing, and sophisticated look smth like Edogawa Ranpo, Conan etc. I didn't expect a design that have this weird color choices, dark fuchsia hair (?? is that right?), white top, orange/brown bottom. Seeing his illustration posted by hoyoverse in twitter caught me off-guard, at first ofc im a lil iffy but i got used to it, same with Kuki Shinobu, I thought green and purple color scheme looks weird on her but I got used to it as well.
Well, this design prolly fits him cuz his description says he looks like an ordinary young man at first glance.
I love his desing and gameplay despite the fact that I saw the fanart first,
And honestly i prefer the official one than the fanmade despite both being really good desings,

I hope this is not the thing that makes people forget when hoyoverse makes problems they just give you a hot woman or another op character everything they've done wrong to us into dust. If people want change to genshin they should stop spending money on it because they will never hear us when they are still swimming with all your cash.
The very best example is xiao being dps without EM scaling skill he will never be able to use VV set as a dps.

For an Anemoncharacter I just really hate his hair.The palatte is just off and just not interesting to look at.
He’s cute and I love his gameplay but you can just tell that his actual design is completely uninspired. They’re literally just taking advantage of the fact that he’s a male catalyst who fights with fists for easy money without having to put in any effort.

What do you mean he looks like a four star? He looks like Sekai from blue period. He is the prettiest teenage boy so far in my opinion. But of course Albedo and Kazuha are close contenders.
