Heizou's dish is actually a cheeky reference– in "good cop bad cop" scenes in japan, instead of the good cop offering coffee or cigarettes, the stereotypical thing to offer is pork katsudon. that's why the description says it gives you the desire to confess and that its a "secret weapon". ^^

I got most of these but probably because I set out to make one of each to complete the food section in the archive. I'm missing a couple from units I don't have, but we usually get their signature dish on their birthdays.

I somehow managed to get every single one that Bran didn't get, and somehow, every single one I missed (5 of them), Bran either knew or got through deductive reasoning. I haven't been cooking much after the Sumeru update, which is a shame, cause Sumeru came with a lotta new recipes.
