It's to be said that the primos per event are increasing, but we still have a long long way to go.

If they really need to, lower the amount of primogems from 300 to 200, or 150. But please, make it weekly. Make it a thing and not an event.
Real talk you should definitely check out Brawl Stars. My second favorite game after Genshin on mobile, played it on and off for years
Actually the klee banner made the most money for mihoyo.
You have to remember also that times are different. A lot of people are home playing more than they did when these other games launched.

The thing is that the problem isn't only with f2p, it's also with the p2w part as well. The prices for primos are absolutely outrageous, you can spend over 300usd and not be guaranteed to get the event character, not to mention how you can spend infinite amounts of money and possibly never get one of the featured weapons
