  2. The hispanic community is really piss off with Mordex at this moment, he was on a podcast along with a great part of the hispanic genshin CC's. And even if some of them were really angry at Mihoyo they all agreed that they needed to avoid and calm a little with the leaks and that they needed to have more communication with Mihoyo. I don't fully know how that went but I heard one of them was having a good trait with Mihoyo. And after what Mordex did he said that it was all for the community, so you can imagine that the other CC's are hating him right now.

  3. It's funny how people seem to normalize illegal things these days…or maybe they're just not living in reality and haven't been taught consequences. I can bet a lot of people on Twitter will thrash on Genshin again for suing the person for breaching contract because Genshin got money so apparently it's wrong for the wealthy to sue the poor.

  4. The worts that could happen to Mordex is the loss of his parthnership with hoyoverse or just his account being earese. Partnership loss is pretty common with Spanish streamers not because of the leaks but because of the mods of Discord. In a nutshell they are a bunch of douchbags that think that streamers must obey their every whim or if they don't like a particular streamer they just blacklisted. That happened to Tieso and he is one of the nicest and cool streamer in the spanish comunity that it is and some mod took ofence in his mere existance.
The potential lawsuit is no concerne because the ones that would enforce it will not. You could sit there and see the bill erode away and nothing will happen to you. China has to send a secret police o something to foce you to pay.

  5. I’ve seen some people translate what he’s saying and apparently he doesn’t care if he gets DMCA’d by Hoyoverse, he’s basically doing it for clout but doesn’t realise how big the consequences actually are

  6. people like this 100% understands what they are doing and what can happen..they just risking it for the $$ and clout..they should be banned from streaming and pay fine for lawsuit..now what will happen is..he will get more money from views then the fine is..and he will pay off fine with money that he made from this…it makes me mad

  7. It's not the beta server, he's using a private server that is not official so he didn't sign any type of contract so at most what he can get is a strike on his channel and banned in the game.

  8. To anyone wondering if this is NDA breach: It's not, it's a private server.
Can he be sued: YES. Private servers are basically pirated copies of Genshin servers. Anyone involved in the act, whether server or client, is liable to be sued under the TOS 2.) Rules of Service clause x. and entirety of 5.) Intellectual property
He can be penalized, regardless of where they live, given same rules shall be applied via local laws available (Proxy).

Long story short – Don't be stupid like this person.

  9. Just 10 seconds in the video and i have to say… WHO tf thought it was a good idea to literally STREAM a genshin closed beta
Edit: just finished watching the vod and im still shocked that someone really thought this was a good idea AND is dumb enough to leave all the evidence up on his channel.
At this point what else will be next, i honestly don't wanna know xd

  11. I honestly just feel really bad for the Genshin Spanish Community and the other CC because what Mordex did was beyond stupid, ignorant, selfish, and he is definitely going to get into legal troubles. Not just him, but the few other people that have been streaming the beta test of Sumeru.

  12. He'll most likely be banned from Twitch, not sued. Unless HV views it as "brand damage."

He didn't sign any contract or accept terms, he just has access to the 3.0 beta via Grasscutter.
