haha im designing my own genshin character aswell and one of the hardest parts is gonna be coming up with textile designs and details

Not an insult. Im designing an oc too, thank you! This helped a lot! (I did actually stop and listen the second time lol)
They’re also great at balancing details! Genshin characters have a lot of small details but the best of their designs are never overwhelming because all those little details are incased in this large recognisable shapes that make up the characters
I’m trying to design my own genshin character and this video was quite helpful
for me its the color combinations.. so much harmony, i find that aspect in the art so hard
