[Genshin Impact]Asia server with 180ms

I think it would be fine if the ping is below 200ms. It might not be as smooth as green ms. But I don’t think it make a big difference.

  1. The only lag you only get is usually from switching characters, as long as you're not in co-op it doesn't change much either unless you somehow have 500+ms ping in which case i suggest suing your internet provider

  2. I had been having 206 ping recently. It doesn't really change anything, unless I do coop, I'll get inside the domain (kinda) late but I can still see everything at the right time soooo yeah.

  3. I have 240-300 on Asia and TW.
If I knew that's going to matter in a single player game, I would have made more separate accounts instead of using all 4 servers to make it move convenient to log in.
It's noticeably slower to pick up items and the latency on character swapping can cause you to recover from falling or have your "swapped away" character die off field from damage that was dealt to them but not yet processed.

  4. I have really bad ping on my wifi for some reason recently, ranges from 300 to 999 ms.

Mobile data is around 160-180 ms so I use it when I'm able to.

Ping mostly affects character switching and makes rotations in Abyss harder.

However, the biggest issue is the phone itself… It renders the enemies in Abyss, a few seconds after the timer starts— especially if it's a large enemy.

    I'm getting a PC soon though! 😀

  5. Me: Ah so the key to having ping is NOT to button mash. And definitely to be patient to dodge at the right time.

Also me: getting impatient and angry when i try to dodge at the right time but the lag hits and i get injured asdwsdaws button mashing 😡😡😡
