  1. Certain aspects?

Are you afraid of your White Knight audience?

That they'll tag you on twitter and humiliate you cancel you if you spoke from the bottom of your heart?

The truth? You know what they promised in gamesexpo and e3 just say it.

Genshin is a scam, it's only made for card swiping genshin = event, event, event, event casino slot machine banner, casino currency primogems, anime waifu bait and bunh of gambling addicted kids who got hooked. At least guys like Tectone aren't hypocrites like you, ood thing I unsubbed.

I never look upto the people who do nothing about wrong things and virtue signal whilst standing on the problem, you've been playing the game since 2 years and you don't know the certain aspects?

Please bro at least be honest with yourself, is this the type of man you want yourself to be?

A shoe licker? Owning a youtube channel doesn't put you on a pedestal I'm self aware enough and your content doesn't influence me it doesn't concern me but it does to some idiots.

In the end society is destroyed the not so called evil people but the one who let the evil breed and you are part of the problem who doesn't speak up with whole lot of influence and stand up for such greedy scam gacha corp.

  2. the biggest difference between the two is that genshin is leaning more on the single player side of things, while ToF leans more on the multiplayer side of things (tho yes you can solo some content, there are content that's a lot easier when done with other people)

genshin is simple and solid, nothing too complicated in the mechanics, story is well written and has a good flow. but once you have completed everything that's been released or when you've completed the current events you're basically left to do nothing, exploration can get easier if you have certain 5 star characters but you still have to get them from gacha and not everyone is so lucky to get them

tower of fantasy has a more dynamic combat, exploration also feels fun with all the relics you can get and the best part is that they're not locked behind gacha, however as of right now things are a bit laggy and at times there are input delay, not only that but the story feels more all over the place the flow is not so smooth and random stuff gets thrown in without properly introducing it at times it also feels kinda dumb and there are holes that are left, it's also a shame that you're gonna get locked in one server despite being in the same region server

  3. I’d be so happy if Genshin implemented fragments like in Honkai… that way you could at least have a chance of building up to getting a character. I recently started playing honkai again and I played for a few hours and got like 5+ new characters.

  4. I dont play the game since the dev hurts my feeling as an artist, they did plagiarism towards indie jp animation and that's enough makes me didn't want to support the game by playing this game from such dev's manners

  5. Well i prefer genshin mostly because of the lore and hidden things. i dont really play it to play with a lot of people 😀 .. not going to play TOF but waiting for something impressive with good lore to come by as a MMO

  7. I think that 60% of Genshin Impact players are introverted. MMOs will strees them out with the whole hype of meta characters. You cannot get those reds balls without using money. Especially if you don't like pvp. Each patch will bring meta characters in tof. After awhile whales will not be carry ftp ppl. Every characters in the gold wish will be obsolete. All that will matter is reds ball wishes. Genshin players have their own space therefore it lessons the demands of been top Dps. There is no Dps meters so whales cant curse out underdeveloped geared characters. Tof cannot be compared to genshin impact, only a game that can provide you with your own space. I just started playing ToF and I can already see the wishing becoming more slim as you progress. Damn near every chest in the world has a time of almost 4 days to 2weeks before o can open it. This is not happening in Geshin my world my chest therfore I can open it. Hold on to all your wishes wait and see what the drought look like. And then only then you will see if ToF is generous with wishing than Genshin.

  8. Tower of Fantasy has very desirable mechanics but Genshin Impact just hits different. Genshin feels like the whole package, specially for a player who primarily likes single-player games, while TOF feels like we're still at the beta period. I do still play both games just to be "diverse".

  9. 10:47 i think one of the reasons why Genshin combat feels a lot smoother is because the character's combat animations themselves are specifically made exclusively for them. Each combat gameplay is polished accordingly with the character that uses them. No combat animation is interchangeable to another character. Each combat animation is unique.

Unlike in ToF in which (i think) the animations are just made once and then the character models are just copied and pasted.

But idk that's just what I think.

  10. You can use your mouse keys in Genshin!!
Just change the mouse buttons so they are binded to your num pad and you can swap chars with them!!
Maybe you'll need a mouse program but it definitely works.

  11. When you use game controller in TOF, its really superb. This game is super enjoyable. Im a Genshin gamer since day 1. I played TOF for just a week. At first I noticed that TOF is not smooth and clunky especially the climbing. I told my self that genshin is much better. But now, I wish Genshin will not yet release Sumeru coz I enjoyed playing TOF now. COmbat is really superb! It's like playing a legit console game with complexity and variety when you're in combat.

  12. There's already plenty of open world/gacha game before genshin. Nothing happen to those games after genshin release. Tof was already release in China for half a year+. Not even close as successful as genshin, not even Honkai. Are you that ignorant or living in complete denial?

  13. just give it a few months and we'll see. Back in CN, ToF was also hyped up to be "Genshin killer", even the devs joined in that lol. Fast forward to now, Genshin is still big (actually the biggest gacha in CN), while ToF flops, like really hard. Hoyoverse doesn't need to do anything, ToF killed itself lmao

  14. People thinking tower of fantasy being able to look as good as Genshin are dumb. TOF has constant multiplayer and looks great for an mmo and Genshin has terrible coop and genshin doesn’t let you explore with your friends

  15. The fact that ToF means some type of competition to Genshin makes me happy. It means the game need to cater to our needs more (as awful and greedy i may sound) and it will make our experience a bit better imho

  16. Thank you so much for commenting on the clone logic. ToF is as much a clone of Genshin as Genshin is a clone of BotW. Which is to say that they're all cell shaded RPGs with stamina based climbing/gliding systems revolving around open world exploration.

BotW wasn't the first to do any of those things at all. Just the first to combine them the way it did. Genshin ran with that and implemented a gacha system, a team system, a combat system based on elemental reactions. ToF took that, added a character creation option, changed the combat system, added gadgets and mounts to better interact with the open world and put them into an MMO.

Not a one of these games is remotely possible without the preceding titles that inspired them. That's kind of how it works.

I'm thankful to have 2 fun, free games that excel in their respective specialties. ToF needs polishing for sure but that's also the nature of MMOs for the most part.

  17. With ToF there is just no value to the SSR characters that you get like i could get a lot of SSRs but i just don’t care for them or rather don’t care for the “characters” with genshin it’s the complete opposite every character has it’s own personality it’s own lore it’s own music it’s own story…etc , genshin makes you care for these characters and their struggles or their beliefs whether they’re on the good or the evil side and that’s what i love about genshin and what pulled me to play the game in the first place i feel like these are the things that ToF don’t have and why it wont be for me

  18. One of the main things I noticed besides all the blaring similarities between tof and genshin is that tof textures are absolute trash, genshins texture quality, ui/ux is far better than tof, it's not even close. In saying that, I'm really enjoying tof.

  19. I see you’re on the Summer Fest line up for ToF. When do those vids come out – would love to see your content, and I hope it keeps the same light hearted and commentary base as your Genshin content
