Oh my goodness I just got this accidentally and was so confused
A couple months back I would daily farm dragon teeth and other things in dragonspine and every day if I passed by the bowl I'd drop a few berries in, but after a while when I gotta better options than the dragonspine spear I stopped visiting
Today I was going around dragonspine chopping pines for the new housing system and wandering about when I realized I was passing by the fox cave so I went in to feed the foxes but got this achievement instead!
