A fried egg dish. Beat eggs well, season and fry them slowly in a wok, roll up into a fixed shape. Pour our egg liquid in again and continue until it has all reached a certain thickness, then get ready to plate up. This is an ordinary yet welcoming Inazuman delicacy.

  1. The eggrolls that we have here are made by spreading the egg mixture on a corn floor roti (essentially tortilla) and then frying it for a while and then filling it up with different vegetables and sauce then rolling it.

  2. This system could be used to make a roll where the flavor changes with the layers. I have no idea what would be suitable, but I find the concept interesting…

If you get a chance I'd love to see how you could make Kokomi's dish "A Stunning Stratagem" if it's even possible, it's similar to this one but the base dish is bird egg sushi, so slightly different I'm not sure if the packaging would be edible from the dishes description but I'd like to see your take on it
