By the way Noelle will be good with that Claymore I think I use her but she is also good with the Defence Scaling Claymore which we can Forge and she is good with it.
I actually have to disagree with you. I don't think the passive will hurt the weapon THAT much. Compare it to a blackcliff weapon. Those weapons passive are strictly good in mobs, but in single combat your essentially using the weapon for its crit damage. This new weapon is pretty much the same case and that is a ton of crit damage. I would dare to say it makes up for the niche passive being so high in damage. I feel like any player that likes using a blackcliff claymore will be fine upgrading to the new weapon. That's my take on it anyways. Testing will be done once it releases so we'll know for sure eventually.
You do know Noelle and Xinyan are both def scaling claymore users right? And if we're talking 5 stars, there is 1 more besides Itto: Eula. She gets 30% more def PER stack of grimheart. And you can have 2 stacks total. That is a 60% increase in def. On Eula that is a 88% def increase with the weapon and she gets 40% of that as extra normal and charge attack damage. So in conclusion, you are wrong about that weapon being only used on Itto
Finally the poor poor gamers are getting some attention. I wonder how long this will last. But i hope i can play all good characters before leaving this game.

Hmm sounds like a decent sword for the def scaling claymore users. Oh and it’s just a free boost in damage and free crit dmg to the other claymore users. Still if you’re free to play skip the weapon banner, unless you have C6 for both noelle and Xinyan and they are your primary dps units then maybe try the weapon banner (if you’re close to pity). Noelle is a 4 star, he was talking about another 5 star geo claymore. Unfortunately, even a c6 Noelle won't match Itto, the base stats and scaling are just too large on a 5 star to ignore.
Is Noelle a fucking joke to you ? . i thought you were a f2p friendly , that weapon is still god tier on noelle and xinyan so you should respect all the characters in the game and give the best advice on the banner to all players . not praise only the characters you fucking like and dumb the rest , after 8 months of followin you i am unsubbscribed . goodluck with your lovely ' 5 stars ' .
It's actually good on eula if you accidentaly get it (considering you have eula and you're f2p) because she uses normal attack and she has a good defense because of grimheart stacks and that crit damage is chef's kiss <3.
