For the people wondering about Yae Sakura's appearance. She is not the electro archon. She is the Guuji (chief priest) in Inazuma and is a friend of Baal.
You can see a quote from Baal (most likely Raiden Mei) talking to Guuji Yae in "Zhongli: Vago Mundo" post in Mihoyo's official forum

That new girl is likely be the Electro Archon.
Becasue in the stream, Zhongli said "she is Electro Archon Baal"….. Then the CV literally waited/stopped intentionally for a couple seconds to finish the sentence with "Electro Archon Baal's friend".
I think this is them hinting she is the Electro Archon, but has a different identity just like Venti and Zhongli.
