My favorite is a close fight between Heizou and Baizhu, but I’m probably going to have to go with Heizou. His character design is so nice and eye-pleasing plus I love his personality in general.
The most known characters at least from my country are diluc and zhongli everyone knows them even if they didn't play genshin or even never heard of genshin or the names they know the sprits. I myself started playing for zhongli and diluc
My first ever favourite is Chongyun he is my main until now then my other favourite are Kazuha Albedo Tighnari Cyno- I like their personality and voice 😌
As a observer and keen to learn more I love Alhaitham Spent soo much time learning the characters around tevyat, from his drip to attacking style everything has been inspired from other characters in the game… Who thought copying would be fun but he made it look good 👍
