I've finished this final part of the quest yet the storyline in the book still says its unfinished. Am I missing something here or is it bugged out?

Just did Aragarus Drawing but the other 2 Quests aren't activating, and I don't think I already did them and Memory's Final Chapter isn't activating either, any ideas?
If you don't get the Memory's FInal quest, make sure you have completed all the other quests required:
1. Aranakin's Old Friend
2. Aragaru's Drawing
3. Aranaga's Memory
After completing those quests, the final quest should appear
