Did you know that you're probably lagging due to anti aliasing, and/or having the 'low' settings limit fps to 30 by default? While anti aliasing may seem nicer to some, it could also be cpu consuming, while limited fps is just badly running by itself. I recommend setting things to low and increasing fps limit to 45, so you can have a much smoother gaming experience.
