I switched my level 80 Noelle for my currently level 40 Kokomi. My team is Yanfei, Kokomi (used to be Noelle), Sucrose, and Raiden. That vape and electro-charged damage is chef kiss I dare say, Kokomi is an upgrade for my current team even though she doesn't shield or buff. The extra damage from elemental reaction and OP healing are worth it.
why does everyone has so high hopes for the aneversery reward and can it pleas dont show up in every meme?
