  1. hello again Andrew! I just installed genshin impact by using your guide but when I launch the game it doesn't see my dual sense controller for some reason.. and I just can't open settings to change control settings, my esc button doesnt do anything & i don't see any settings buttons on the screen. am I missing something?

  2. Hey, can anyone tell me how to connect my xbox controller to the sideloaded game? Currently connected via bluetooth, but in the Genshin settings menu I don't have "controller" as an option in drop-down, only "touchscreen". Been struggling with this for awhile and can't find a solution.

  3. Hello I wanted to ask that when I done downloading the genshin the checklist icon turns green unlike urs (idk if it matters) but I got one more question that why I cant put it on my desktop and why when I press the genshin it shows itunes rather then the game screen

  4. 1:55 I had no problems until this part. I put it in my desktop and when i tried opening it, it said "unable to install genshin impact because the developer did not intend for it to run on this platform" I don't know how to continue. Hope you'll reply with a fix!
