Ik this is quite off topic but can anyone help and or give me tips? I have a windows 10 laptop, (or like, the core intel i5 but it says windows 10 im srry i dont know much about computers and laptops-) And whenever i try to launch my genshin impact, it goes smoothly, but when i click to begin, it gets stuck on the white screen with the elements and then eventually it'll pop up and say it isn't responding. I've tried a lot of youtube tutorials but none have worked. My only option is to try and comment here, wait and hope that someone might be able to help my problem. I've quit to playing mobile now because it lags, and i don't have the money to buy a better laptop. I'm hoping for someone to see this and be able to find a solution to my problem. A very big thank you.
