I wouldn't call this a nerf, It's so specific that it only affects very few players in Multiplayer.

No wonder i use barbara in coop thinking it'll heal coop members no matter the distance, i never thought it was bugged

Tbh, that's kind of a fair nerf cause 200 meters I maybe a bit to big of an area.

This literally changes almost nothing other than needing to stick together more in the open world just for the burst.
The fact they couldn’t fix Dehya,a character people WISHES would get fixed and yet nerfed an already fine 4 star character and a beginner one at that.
I don’t care much for Barbara as a character nor really used her but damn…you didn’t have to do her like that Hoyo.

Ahh yes, the 200 meter healing range is broken, we should fix that instead of Dehyas kit.
I thought the burst just automatically heals the party, no matter how far you are considering that's exactly what it does in single-player.
That nerf was really uncalled for, to be honest. They need to fix bugs that ACTUALLY break the game; the ones that make the game slightly more unbearable, like the fact that Ayato just stands still for a second after his burst, guaranteeing a hit from an enemy.
Damn. Barb has been in my team till today. Please not because of Fontaine characters. Mondo character already akmost been forgotten and not use anymore. Thye shouldnt do this.
