I know resources are pain on the ass in this game. Should I wait for better characters to spend my resources or with units I have I will be able to build good team for later end game?

I dunno where to post this so here: my gacha addiction won and I tried a 10 wish for itto. So first I got xiangling and sacrificial sword (which I use a lot so its good) from a single 10 wish, then I did the next 1 wish and got barbara and then another single wish and got rosaria back to back XD
