At this point these banners are just ineffective, some characters need a year long wait just to be released again, hoyo really needs to add triple or even four banners at a time, because the game is just turning from a fun and interesting game, into a boring waiting simulator, where you'r gameplay will consist of clicking repeatedly to skip a dialogue and start a new hour long dialogue. 💀

after dehya destroyed me( close to 140 pulls) beside baizhu i either have the others or im not interested, nice, months of savings
3.6 and 3.7 will destroy me.. Tomorrow I will get Shenhe, then I go for Nilou, Baizhu, Scaramouche and Kokomi.. I hope my 500+ wishes are enough for all of them.
