  1. If you watched genshin's trailer, you should also watch honkai impact's trailers. They both are games under mihoyo, but since honkai is older the content is much more exciting and the trailer are much more amazing with the music.

  2. I think you guys should branch out and check out Honkai Impact 3rd character trailers and cinematics. It is definitely worth the watch and Mihoyo (the company that Genshin and Honkai) do such great work!! Love your vids guys! Keep it up!

P.S. Honkai is so much better than Genshin in terms of cinematics and trailers….totally unbiased….

  3. Some of the trailers weren't really about gameplay or whatever, but temporary or permanent features from events. Like the Serenitea Pot update wasn't just looking at pretty scenery, but showing you a home-building feature that was added that's now permanent in the game. That's why there is no fighting in some of them. It's hard to understand the point of a trailer like that if you're not already aware of the features the game does or doesn't have though.

  4. Random topic. This is the first time I've watched the trailers in eng dub and as someone who speaks English, Japanese and Mandarin… eng dub really has something against "subtlety", "gentleness", "calmness" etc LOL. Most of the quieter voicelines in CN dub for example got changed into shoutings and exclaimation. More dramatic. More aggressive. E.g. Ayaka's "my apologies", which is funny that she shouts that while whacking the enemy. In JP and CN, the line was delivered in an effortless polite manner, which imo sounds even more impressive in a combat and fits her character as a lady from a prominent family. It's like her upbringing shows even during combat. The same changes happened to Zhongli (the shield guy), Xiao (the mask guy), Shogun (chest-sword lady), Shenhe (ice woman in the latest trailer)… Many players obviously like the dubbing and the VAs did their job well. While no dubbing is objectively superior, it's just (very) different.
