By the way Walrus, the black haired guy you pointed to at 12:24 was revealed in the Yelan story mission. His name is Regrator. He was the one behind the scenes trying to take over Lyue through a puppet. From the way they described him, he seems to be a male version of Ninguangg with some evil mixed in (So he probably funds the fatui business).
He seems to be less of a "fight on the front lines" and more of a fight on the stock exchange to crush his opponent or even an entire nation. Definiterly a unique enemy.

I wonder why Raiden's piece is not there. The knight piece is still white. I thought Scaramouche got it from Yae. Is he hiding it from others? Hmm.
Also it just crossed my mind that red butterfly should be from pyro archont's region. Hmm.

Here's the thing about leak's they NEVER give you lore. All we know about the Harbingers come from artifacts, weapons, items, and NPC's in this game and the manga. So yes people that bother to read text in this game know things, because MiHoYo is actively seeds this information out into the game each patch. This is where theory crafters do a lot of their work in.
La Signora's story came from the Crimson Witch set but no one knew that at first until the Pale Flame set identified her properly in a later patch for sure. Also the reason I knew La Signora was dead-dead was because the dev's in her story boss fight was throwing out NAMES of her artifacts to READ from her own lips…. I'm like them cheeky bastards are going to kill her off!!!
Scaramouche has LORE all over the place (SOOOO many stories) and now with this trailer the Pierro's eyes also confirmed he's from Kahnriah which was talked about in the Pale Flame set mask. There were only 3 Harbingers that were unknown up to this point now, so it's cool that we got their names and appearance (and surprised gender) cleared up. 🥰
