  1. it'a funny how he managed to turn the localisers giving a tribute into rawhr capitalism sucks (it does) lol. i thought their little tribute was cute albeit a bit awkward. vas record their lines then work on a different project, the localisers have failed to touch grass as much as the average genshin player

  2. If yall hate him so much why are you all watching a damn version program reaction of all things???? Like no one is forcing you to watch a video that's literally supposed to be about his opinions on the version program and then complain because he has opinions, are yall all kids or really that stupid, jesus 🙄

  3. Mavuika HAS to be playable. Her design is too fire. Both literally and figuratively.

So if she dies, I’m guessing we’re gonna revive her in some way. Maybe even temporarily become pyro archon ourselves. That would be a pretty cool twist. Though she might also just not die at all bc of some shit the traveler figures out.

  4. Zajef addressing the fact that the prosody of that song is so poorly done is peak — there are so many ways they could have slightly adjusted the rhythm of the melody and the placement of the syllables in really small ways to make it sound more natural in English, but they just didn't bother. As a singer, it's really frustrating.

  5. I watched the JP 5.1 livestream and it was so good, the whole 1hour and 50 minutes.
I think the 2 guys did a good job considering they were not supposed to be there. Hoyo might as well just remove english voice support and save some money and headache.
As far as I know the strike is pretty much useless, since hoyo never used AI to replace the VA's. Might as well do idgaf.

  6. I really like your guides and points of views, but sometimes I just feel like you are just hating for hate, I know hoyo does everything for money (like any other company), but it feels a bit cringe critizing everything, no hate, I really enjoy your guides

  7. The music is fine. You can't emphasize JOUR-ney when the beat is on jour-NEY. In English meaning does not usually change with syllabic emphasis, so this has been done in English poetry forever.

  8. Oh look, another tiresome Zajef yap sesh about music, a subject he infamously knows nearly nothing about. Anyone else remember Zajef whining about the music from Raiden's character demo? Jfc.

Here Zajef try this; ask Rihanna how the word umbrella is ""supposed"" to be pronounced, and then kindly keep quiet about music forever. Please.

  9. Sometimes I forget how much of a dick Zajef is and then he randomly starts hating on someone expressing honest emotional sentiment…I would not be this positive about any company that I've worked with or product/service I've worked on.

He's definitely right about the song translation though, I don't think it sounds THAT bad but it is noticeable if you've heard translated stuff like that enough. You guys should check out Caitlin Myers if you want to hear some super professional sounding translated covers, she's the GOAT.

  10. Saying a localizer's emotional testimony is less awkward than a voice actors is uninformed. Actors just read the lines off of paper, as they do for 100 other games and anime. Localizers actually write what the characters say, and are usually only writing one project at a time. Translation and localization is a much more creative process than people realize. They most likely understand the characters, the world, the lore, and the context a lot better than the voice actors, and they probably actually play Genshin Impact due to it being one of the few things they're working on, whereas many of the voice actors admit to never having played the game and actively disliking it. They're both awkward, but a localizers is way, way, way, more sincere than a voice actor's, who is constantly and violently aching to be out of the booth and not having to think about Genshin.

  11. Smith is a word that doesn’t mean hot heavy forge imo this a magic weird land and she makes tiny trinket ancient names
Also here is how forging rhythm break helps
Breaks inherently gives time to soak information find inspiration in our leisure
And get a good recharge 🤷🏻🤦🏻‍♂️ are you woke picking here? Lol

  12. People keep saying that Zajeff is too negative but that’s why I can bear watching him compared to all the other wholesome genshin creators. Sometimes Genshin and allied content is genuinely cringe and the majority of the content creators are too chicken shit to call out the cringe. The incredibly sugar coated reactions are not for people like me and I find that the negative reactions of people like tectone who demean the player base puts me off as well. Zajeff is a nice balance and I can disagree with him without getting absolutely annoyed
