I think Childe can be at low S or high A as he applies hydro better than everyone and Has pretty good dmg himselft( burst and skill). And he has the best Playstyle in the game. With his satisfying riptide which can killed stacks of enemies and and can 1 shot single enemies

Kaeya is absolutely A tier at C6. You said it — nobody has him there. That's the kicker — a lot of the 4* ratings from the community end up being from people that don't have them at C6. Think of it this way: if they have played a 5* at all they know what C0 feels like. But if they have the 4*, there's maybe a max, what, a 50% chance they have them at C6? (Honestly, I have under 20% of them at C6 and I've been playing for a year.) So the majority, probably overwhelmingly so, of votes on 4* characters are from people that don't have them at C6.
it's so fun to see how much anyone agrees bout kazuha. zhongli has some a votes, Bennett and Raiden have some as well. but kazuhas circle was so frkn blue 😀

C6 lisa isnt as clunky as without constellations. Honestly i enjoyed using her with eula as far as im concerned. At C6, she’s a quick swap skill burst or phys shred. I use eula, lisa, diona, and fischl
