yaoyao vs kazuha = kazuha is an obvious win here mona vs xq = xq was trained in chivalry + mona is only an astrologist who would never use astrology to cheat dehya vs xiao = easy xiao win, hes an adeptus layla vs mika = honestly no clue, probably tie but only bc layla is probably very strong when she sleepwalks like zenitsu klee vs venti = venti. he's an archon. chongyun vs collei = probably tie, depends if collei is full potential (dottore's experiments) or with eleazar scara vs eula = scara. he blocked a LOT of cyno's attacks even when he didnt care all that much about the cause, and i think cyno is either stronger or about equal to eula.
even with rerolls, most genshin women are still weak and only strong in meta. and thats coming from someone who actively wishes genshin women had personalities rather than being pumped out and used for money.
although it is plausible that they are respinning, if they are the results wouldn't be that much different if they weren't.
Whether gameplay or lorewise, Diluc wins. Layla is a Cryo and Diluc is a Pyro. Fire is strong against ice, and Diluc is one of the Abyss Order's worst enemies. Layla is just an intelligent member of the Akademiya.
Tbh I built my Layla wrong My Layla can do 10k My diluc can barely do 3k And my Diluc has his signature weapon + 5 star artifacs at lvl 15 And my Layla is the same except her artifacts are at lvl 12 so idk Oh yea and Boths talents are at lvl 8
