32:40 Hoyo established an entire mini animation studio that specifically makes 2D animation for genshin. This was confirmed by a bilibili animating company interviewing hoyo.
If anything, you'll see more of these animation shorts in future.

Bond of Life is a Fontainian thing, and when you get the hang of the mechanics its actually kinda fun to use tho…like for the craftable weapons you get some buffs by trading a portion of your hp
