My opinion is I think this is where Mihoyo expends most of their resources into is the music, you can just kind of tell that they take the most pride in the music! I think this explains a lot of the reason why there's a lot of contention within the community of them not doing better in a lot of aspects within the game cuz they're more focused on the music and now the anime series. It seems that the Developers and CEOs of this game main focus in the very beginning was to make this ladder happen and be realized i.e. the music and Anime series.
