This was done by top tier animation professionals + music maker (for studio ghibli's Arrietty), the studio (Passion Paris) is multiple award winner (Emmy's , etc., ) Hence the high production quality

There were incredible animations in this HoyoFair, lots of artstyles and creative ideas with super high quality, but this is hands down the best one. I love that they didn't do just an AU with known characters but decided to go for an original one based on books that rarely players read, filling it with lore and folklore and maintaining Genshin's visual appeal. I loved this so much, French animators are something else.

Like, I knew my country had a particular place in having introduced anime outside of Japan, and so that it had a special place in the animation scene, but that animation really is one of peak performance, even I'm surprised at how good it is.
