I wish chiori is like crystalize buffer like how kuki uses em both for healing and dmg .. i can’t imagine hoyo releasing navia artifacts set without thinking the sheilds are weak and cant have them on you consistently..
Used genshin damage calculator and found that my 4 pc Crimson Witch is 20-30% stronger than my 4 pc Marechausee Hunter in a vape team. He's one of the few characters that can actually max out the 4 pc effect of CW since he can spam his E skill. That's +37.5% Pyro DMG bonus and +15% bonus on Vape.
I am hyped for him.
