Hoyoverse titled this promotional video as "Dream Upon a Lantern" and its description also refers to it as a dream. Which might mean that this entire video is not canon.

Since Nahida met the other archons now, isn’t it weird that they forgot Greater Lord Rukkhadevata. Do they treat her like greater lord? Did they ever meet Rukkhadevata? Does Nahida have her memories and acts like Rukkhadevata? Nahida lost her memories and thinks she’s Rukk so I’m guessing the other archons did too. It’s all so weird to me idk

Well the scence of mona and dori can be explained like this: mona become jealous of dori's pile of money. When dori looked back, she looked away.
