My guess is that this is Istaroth (God of Time) since this is connected to changing the times after all. And also maybe because of the connection with Anemo?

Honestly, I hope this hints for a 2nd Venti quest since so far Venti is only one of the 3 archons without a 2nd quest.
and since Venti is so far the closest person to Istaroth (from the lore), that port in Monstadt ought to be released soon and eventually we will get a Venti 2nd quest which Istaroth might be mentioned in (quite a lot)

Hm…that part when aether says he should trust his memories regarding lumine. That's actually pretty interesting.
Theory.1 as much as it's possible to remove something from the urminsul, it's possible to place something. What if lumine was "placed" into this world.
Theory.2 someone's removale from urminsul caused lumine to belong in this world.
Unanswered questions : even so, how can it affect aether ? More so how can it affect lumine as she's not part of this world.
This is probably one of the descender focalor wouldn't know this since irminsul changed her memory also i dont think it alice tho

I’m pretty sure that’s the God of Time Istaroth, she has ties to the primordial one, presumably Barbatos as Mondstadt used to worship two gods and obviously Makato and letting Ei plant the sakura seed in her current timeline but also planting it in the past.
