I heard a theory about how Furina might be following directives or orders from someone or something. It would explain why she doesn't have contingency or backup plans. It would also explain how she keeps referring the, "wisdom of the gods," as if she isn't that herself.
Neuvillette is so strong he singlehandedly can determine the entire country of fontaines fate. Definitely sounds archon like to me. But I also agree and disagree with the Knave on this one. I didnt think neuvilette was the hydro archon for one. But I still do believe Furina is or is part of the hydro archon in one way or another. I think the secrets lie in the primordial sea, and 4.2. I firmly believe Furina actually is doing a lot behind the scenes. as well as having the secret of the oratrice. Definitely connected with the gnosis in one way or another.
Sigewinne casually apologizing for shooting a tranq dart is still funny to me
The primordial sea in this archon quest is both different effects, the pure Primordial seawater is in the fortress below and the leak that Clorinde and Freminet got contact with is mixed in seawater that's why Clorinde didn't got dissolve… And also i think Egeria also the reason why Primordial seawater is near and being more exist just like Forbidden Knowledge exist still despite of King Deshret's Sacrifice
W for the bombshell bros. They're such a great homies
Maining Clorinde, that's a good choice ! She look like a super cool Bloodborn character <3
2:00:35 no context
Everyone : Man Wriothesely is so cool!
Doro : I love Rizzley's Fist.
Man that Nueve Scene and Childe Scene are amazing. That Narwhale thou it's huge and i think we might get to fight this thing probably.
My thoughts about the ending cutscene with Childe is he’s either in the primordial sea or he made it back to the abyss. The primordial sea is more likely tho. Or maybe they’re part of eachother🤔🤔
51:13 Once I get Wrio I’m sacrificing him until I feel better idk what he was trying to do he locked my child out.
Wriostheley will be new king of "Rumeria" since his already the Duke in Meropide
I just speedran through these two acts just today, and it was wild.
58:35 paimon is so ridiculous looking with the glasses 😢. Why don't they remove it after the first time 😢
Doro let me tell you the secret okk you the seen where nevelutte was standing front of frozen door and the door brokes and suddenly the something attack the nevelutte ya it was child as also known as tartaglia his power you know the whale burst ya it was his power the sea god whale it was his power went out of control and the nevelutte is dragon
P
Acts 3 and 4 are definitely better than acts 1 and 2 imo, so it was pretty nice.
That said, I REALLY FUCKING HOPE THEY REDEEM FURINA. I have no idea how are we going to go from Archon incapable of even defending herself without any fighting spirit to proper Hydro Archon, but we'll see.
Next patch is going to be the Furina patch and it makes me nervous regarding how are they going to go about writing Furina.
Also hope they give her the chance to get back at the Knave for attacking her when she's weak, but that might be a dream that won't be realized.
Noticed that all the furina slander comes from people that are horrendously down bad for arlecchino. It's pretty funny
Who was the electro dragon when their are supposed to be 7 elemental dragons? According to the lore Ei's power must have been a part of the electro dragon once.
Hi Youtube
its great
2:03:34 PAHAHHSHWHAHWHAHA
2:04:30 – 2:06:57 interesting. I just checked Childe's voiceline about The Knave and cough cough last I checked, he does not like her at all. We're getting more intel on The Fatui Harbingers eyOo
2:09:21 this scene is INSANE
2:22:14 LMAOOO he's angy
2:28:22 ngl I've been thinking of this theory the moment I saw Fontaine's first trailer and I haven't even played the quests! Something else is going on…Turns out he is Monsieur Dragon so we weren't completely wrong. I also just noticed his eyes are the same colour as the Primordial Water, that's a nice touch.
2:48:54 EYOOOOOOOOOOO WAIT I DIDN'T EVEN THINK OF THAT
"the Traveller's Skills are inspired of the archon's skills…"
Hydro traveller be like… pew pew…
Iudex … pew but laser
Hydro traveller skill makes balls of water
Iudex… Made balls of water
I have no idea where Childe is but as long as his vision is shiny we know he's alive (for now). Neuvillette is the new protagonist and Wrio stole my heart – I completely didn't expect that :d
NICEEE
Legit, Daddy Arlecchino being the kindest Harbinger so far to us
I have the theory that Furina’s plan is to sacrifice her own power and existence back to Neuvillette when the time comes in order to make sure he has enough power to stop the crisis. She’s not thinking about an emergency plan or how she’ll be able to stop the crisis herself, she just knows she’s the reason Neuvillette is unable to stop the crisis. I think the reason for this being her plan has something to do with her ‘curse’. I think Furina was cursed by the former archon, maybe because Furina tried to protect the people of Fontaine after they committed the ‘sin’ (and might not have completely succeeded). I also think she blames herself for the prophecy and only pretends to think she’s great and amazing so she can harvest power from the people’s belief in her so the amount of power she can give back to Neuvillette will be enough to seal away the primordial sea. I don’t think she’s able to use her own power because of the curse, so it seems to me like her power is akin to that of a normal person, which is why she is so afraid of threats. There’s many reasons Furina wouldn’t tell people about her lack of power, perhaps its pride, but also if Fontainians were to ever find out she is like a normal person, their belief in her would shatter and she’d have no power to sacrifice to Neuvillette to save the people.
Regarding Childe, however, I’m not sure how he fits into this narrative. I do think that perhaps the Oratrice holds Furina’s gnosis, and perhaps even the consciousness of the former Hydro archon. Perhaps the former archon is the one who bestowed Childe his vision (I have no idea if that is possible for her to do if she’s stuck as the Oratrice) and is hoping to use him. I feel strongly that whatever controls the Oratrice purposefully gave Childe a guilty verdict in order to lure him the the Fortress of Meropide, and then use him for some end goal. I don’t know if that goal is to try to drown Fontaine (which if the former archon is the one that cursed and Fontaine and lured Childe to Meropide then that would be my guess) or if it’s to save Fontaine (which would make me rethink my former reasoning). I also wonder what all of this has to do with Skirk, his former teacher from his time in the abyss. Narratively, it’s possible that they told us about Skirk just to give us more Tartaglia lore, but it could also be some form of foreshadowing for Act 5. Perhaps Childe fell into the abyss again? That would explain how he disappeared without a trace from an area with no exit. I have no idea why Hoyo would choose this idea for the story, but there’s a lot we don’t know yet so, it might make a bunch of sense later.
Last thing, I’ve noticed a few parallels between Fontaine characters and historical figures. We obviously saw the link between Wriostheley and Noah from the Bible story Noah’s ark. I don’t know if they’ll make too many more parallels between the two, but it’s certainly possible considering how much the prophecy mirrors that bible story. In the story of Noah’s ark, God decided the people were too sinful and must be purged from the world in order to absolve them of sin. God only told Noah to build a boat and take a male and female of every species and to take his family on the boat before God flooded the world. I don’t know how they’ll take that part of the story. There may come a scene where all the prisoners of Meropide are saved from the primordial seawater once the seal breaks and make it out similar to how people and animals survived.
I also noticed how much Furina seems to be modeled after Marie Antoinette. This is partially why I think her plan is to sacrifice herself. During the French Revolution Marie Antoinette was killed as a symbol of ending the monarchy and because of her ignorance of the people’s suffering. In this case, I think Furina has decided to pretend she doesn’t know about the crisis, so as not to alarm people, but will ultimately choose to try and sacrifice herself in order to put an end to the line of hydro archons and to save her people. If that does happen, I wonder if she will be unable to actually sacrifice herself, and in similar fashion to how the French Revolution ended up as a paranoid massacre, so too will happen of her failed attempt (or maybe even successful attempt) at sacrificing herself.
I don’t really know though. Maybe I’m crazy. 😂
Furina seems so weak, But Im still bothered about Venti's words "I am Currently the weakest among the seven"
bard boi is a liar XD
My guy went from not trusting Neuvillette to one of Neuvillette's admirers. Welcome to the gang. Here, we celebrate the powerful water snek.
Each passing quest I just notice how Furina doesn't think twice, imagine if we accepted to fight her the first day we met lol jk
i'm gonna have to watch this tommorow
Hoyo favorito Childe 😂 he’s really mr. worldwide
Neuv and Clorinde babyyyy <3
Neuvillete story quest when?
My trial Freminet had Brave Heart on, can someone tell me why-
OMG im exausted from this S#it … i just wanted a skip buttom … if im interested to know what is happening i could just watch some channel… thx for being patient
definitely do the prison quest with the weird kid called "caterpillar"
My thoughts for furina..
I have a feeling the oratrice is being powered by the gnosis
and furina probably has split personality or maybe her other personality is egeria?
Arlecchino said shes cursed
so im assuming maybe celestia cursed her and now shes too scared to be a archon
hey doro, do u remember silly wisher? now they added voiceline. keep the diluc one lastly.
Two days late but I shall mention this.
Neuvillette mentions how a part of the dragons elemental power were used as the basis for Archon's Authorities. This just means the powers of the Archons which are considered to be gods, are just a small portion of what the dragons were actually capable of back during the dawn of Teyvat.
None of the dragons except for Apep are most likely the originals, I think even Apep said they're the only living original dragon.
Now lets further go towards something else. During Nahida's 2nd story quest, she nearly sacrifices herself in order to save Apep. What if, her sacrificing herself would've given back that elemental Authority to Apep? This would've unleashed a fully infused, full power elemental dragon into the world and could've resulted in well, another war. Catastrophic destruction since Apep harbors tons of hatred for Celestia.
That is just something I have noticed when it comes to this lore bomb we got in this story.
I shall be adding another comment to the one I already gave. But rather, this is just my personal theory onto whats going on.
Arlecchino suspects that Furina is not the actual Hydro Archon, and.. It could be both a yes and a no in this regard. Furina doesn't seem, entirely there to put things simply. Given a bit of what we saw in the previous story quest she seems to have a bit of a split, and or special personality.
What if she is only just a part of the hydro Archon?
She isn't the full Archon because perhaps she has never gotten her hands on the Gnosis itself ever since she became the Archon. The Oratrice isn't the Gnosis, or harboring it. But rather, the Gnosis itself is hidden in the Primordial sea and its trying to unite with Furina to gift to her the powers of the Archon, and make her become whole.
Furina perhaps was supposed to go to the Primordial sea when she ascended but due to being scared and not well, confident, she doesn't want to go. Which is resulting in the Gnosis getting restless and making the sea waters rise as to try and unite back with Furina.
The whale, what if the Whale itself is the elemental Gnosis taking on a form to help with the sea water, and its confrontation with Childe is to try and have him bring it out, help it so it can unite together with the Archon.
When the sea waters rise, Furina will be all thats left in Fontaine, thats the prophecy. She will be alone, and she will weep.
Because she wont die when the waters hit, but rather will get her Archon powers bestowed upon her, and notice that if she was not a coward she could've prevented everyone from becoming puddles overnight.
Oke childr was saved by nueviellette
So with this we have met 3 Sovereigns now. First was Azhdaha the Sovereign of Rock, Second was Apep the Sovereign of Earth and now Nuevillette the Sovereign of Water. But where tf are the Sovereign of Wind and Lightning?? Have they not been reborn yet or what?
My theory is that the gnosis is not with neuvillete but in the Oratrice Mecanique most likely the voice leyney heard while in the vent regarding the voice im guessing its Furina's "Ousia" counterpart
Furina has Marie Antoinette vibes 🤣🤣🤣
Doro, can I ask u a question? Are u Europe or Asia server?
I wonder will Lyney betray us in 4.2. Sure he hates lies but his loyalty is to the fatui or more specifically the house of the harth.
Wrio and sig is so cool here
Is no one gonna notice that Lyney say's rice lee
You can hear how paimons voice actor is changing and developing from older quests since she sounds different now which is pretty nice imo
