  3. So according to a film reactor hu Tao is meant to be a comedy type character? I just thought she was meant to be a free going fun free spirited type a character. Never thought of it that way. Interesting.

Hu Tao as said, is the director of a funeral parlor, aside from being a director she also personally send off wandering/troubled souls off to another side, it is part of her role, that's the reason for the ghost. Their elemental power are attributed on their personality not on their chosen profession

  7. i know you play the game, but if you somehow missed it, here's a few context for you:
    – hutao is from liyue, the china inspired region in the game.
    – in liyue/china they don't just bury the dead and then done, they do ceremonies for it, to remember and commemorate the dead's memory, to "guide" the dead safely to the other side and not get stuck on the world of the living and haunt them, to ease their burden of crossing the world because maybe the dead has some unfinished business. they act as the boundary between the world of the living and the dead. that's more of less what a funeral parlor does.
    – her ghost shape is because she can actually see the dead, the ones stuck in our world because of, say, some unfinished business
    – wangsheng funeral parlor used to be more of a "clinic", but during the time of archon war, there were many war casualties. over time "karma" (negative energy, probably due to regret of dying) accumulated and created plague that swept across of liyue, this plague was remedied by burning the dead's body as a form of "crossing them safely to the other side", and from then on they were set on that path.

  10. Hu Tao is a funeral director with a 3000 year old ghost as her Vision…or attack club.
    Her eyes are just an aestethic to make her look carefree despite her job.
    She is from another region (Liyue) so no relation with the Knights. Also she's 20 years old.

  15. Hu Tao is the director of the Wangshen Funeral parlor, where Zhongli also works(she can't stand him) and she's very excentric, when u unlock it, do her story quest, its interesting.
    As for Klee, her mother is Alice, the author of the Teyvat travel guide and a nigh omnipent mage who tought her to use explosives before leaving her at the Knights for some unknown reasons, the Klee's Island adventure event they did earlier this year told more about her.
    And apperently she leveled a mountain once and changed the shape of Cider lake with her explosives…

  20. Klee is a super cool character. She joined the knights pretty young because she is so strong and dangerous since she tends to accidently blow things and people up. Her mother also is one if not the strongest wizard in Teyvat, Alice, most Mondstadt people know her and respect her.

    And as you know, Klee and Alice(her mother) are from another race that lets them use magic better. Thats why Klee is so strong. She also only listens to a few people, Albedo, Jean, and the Traveler are some of the people she listens to.
