[03:25] Give 12 Naku Weed to Inaba Kyuuzou
[03:41] Fast Forward time a day until 10 – 12
PLEASE NOTE!!! Part 1 is done. To start Part 2, you’ll need to defeat 4 groups of enemies

I didn't even know there was a second part to the world quest. I randomly cleared out the area cause those samurais looked annoying and got the second part , went to the last location and cleared it XD 😂
I also wanna know what do we do with the letter do We keep it or is there some other hidden quest ?
