Pro tip for Qiqi, you can buy Violet flowers from her pharmacy in Liyue, I think it's 5 each week. She was my first and second 5-star (Ayaka and Baal were third and fourth) so I needed to get good with her.
I personally always used her with Barbra for because their skills work similar and well. No one really knows her peak potiental but I think it may be as a pure dps as her abilities scale off of attack and attacking heals her more (like Barbra). Meaning that she's unkillable however she doesn't put out comparative damage to other characters.
I've abandoned her since getting Ayaka and Rosaria but I do still use her as a healer despite because of elemental resonance. I don't know if yall've explored that much but two cryo characters on the same team gain extra crit rate and Ayaka is built for crit damage. That plus Barbra and Geo MC's extra party crit is pretty filthy and you get some shields which makes you unstoppable.
