I never thought a day will come when ill cry getting staff of homa in place of his weapon😢😢😢.
So damage increase with is signature is 30% -35%
Highest DMG I've seen my neuv does is 43k up to 50k with proto•amber with this same team, freedom sworn, VV kazuha, TF Fischl and Petra zhongli. 35k+ if no petra buff i think, he does less DMG without the hydro shield, But raw damage is only 12-13k, maybe 15k at most. Most consistent is at 27-35k.

I'm surprised his dmg is still decent with Prototype Amber.
But calling people P2W only because they have his weapon too is not quite fair as you can just have luck or save for a long time to achive this goal.

I decided to go for the weapon banner instead of the character since it's a win win banner(homa is a big W), we never know what weapon will come along with his Signature in his reruns, couldn't risk it
Too much Crit Rate for that set but even then its ok
I was going for staff of Homa for xiao because I had lost prayer for neuvillette then I got his weapon
i'm glad i go for c1 ,looks like the damage increase is about the same .my c1 neuvi+lost prayer does around 50k per tick with kazuha,mona and kuki .he still using 2+2 arti with around 33k hp 70cr n 250cd .
