Im ar35 and they said i need to do the yelan hamgout quest before starting this event. But it unlocked on ar40. I can quick start it but will the event effect my experience in the main quest later?

I need Yanfei to replace Lisa for defeating Thunder Manifestation & Electro Hypostasis since that boss is immune to Electro. But Yanfei's boss (Primo Geovishap) also a little difficult to kill too.😅
