The thing that MMObyte doesn't understand is because ToF marketed itself as the "Genshin Killer" well no shit people are going to compare it to Genshin. Devs should've just marketed it like any other game and for what it is instead of trying to ride off of Genshin's success.

Genshin Impact killer… Sounded almost like anti-weeb propaganda for a second.
There is a campaign paid by mihoyo against Tower of Fantasy and many lies promoted as misinformation. This campaign is PAID by mihoyo. MMOByte is a great content creator i trust, but i can't say the same for other people. Lost Ark was a "good game" as Genshin impact, bot are GARBAGE in content, gameplay and pay to win elements. American game industry is even worse so just to put clear that i don't have any "hate" it's purely technical analysis, Lost Ark has some great elements that other games should pick, like visuals, art, performance optimization and better than all that, the PVP system which is not a gankfest or boring, and will get better with sieges if they do it. Genshin has amazing story with amazing characters, last few characters are not that great but still good, the character animations are top quality too.
Regarding tower of fantasy, there is no real problem with anything just an attack. If you look at any game, all games pick something from other games or even IP's. Also we should be able to use and share ideas which is the ONLY resource that can be socialized and bring equality, but hey, corporations created IP laws in the 19 century to exploit the system and avoid competition and now is even worse….wait that is not good.
A China company stealing ideas? no way. Anyone remember that Overwatch clone made in China? yeah they are known for this.

Chinese companies are allowed to steal from companies outside of china. It is a huge deal to steal from another chinese company, especially a large one like Mihoyo.
