I don't think she seems f2p friendly to be honest. The fact that some people scream to have staff of homa which is yet another rng weapon. I seriously have my doubts pulling for her over Xiao if he does get his rerun too.

For hu tao rerun you will need : a spare 10 grand in the bank , staff of homa and some decent artifacts I personally prefer to run 40% crit dmg on all subs

I started playing when kazuhas banner was about to end soon or smt like that but i have always liked hu tao and always wanted her I got the knews that she was gonna have a rerun in september and have been looking up to it ever since….. but a purple woman cought my eye and i had to wish for her… i also have a red head wine maker that i got for trying to get childe but im not sad even the slitest bit because I can finally get my pyro woman! My pity is 15 and i even got a welkin moon for her and im no longer F2P anymore i have no primos but thats okay! I just wish you and me get her early! <3

Now I am wanting a c6 Hu Tao LOL. We'll see about it.. I am currently farming her materials and so is Homa's but I accidentally used the talent books for Xiangling LOL. Good thing I got a pile of it since I haven't used any of it yet since I played. I hope its enough to get her talents to atleast lvl 8.
