Ayaka should be coming in 1.4 but that's just my guess. I think introducing inazuma to coincide with spring time will give an opportunity to showcase the environment and how beautiful it can be when the trees and plants bloom

I wanted to save up so bad for C1 Ayaka and her weapon… But after Ganyu got released, I realize it's better off to get Ganyu (bow Ayaka) and Ayaka (sword).
Better to have variety than get stuck with a strong character.
In terms of damage, Ayaka most probs can't reach the Ganyu's output… But hey, still simping and waiting for Ayaka cuz of her design.
