Hey guys, as predicted, Eula is great as a F2P damage dealer, however, almost all of her full potential is locked behind constellations and good weapons as you can see from this video.
She is C6 here and using a refined Song of the Pines weapons. Some quick notes are, she really does want some energy recharge if you want to consistently use her ultimate, on the flip side, stacking up her ultimate to full power is almost impossible on virtually any content, especially without Constellation 6.
As always, Zhongli is basically her (and everyone else's) best friend, increases her damage and allows her to execute her full combo without worrying about taking damage. Aside from that, Diona is great as a energy recharge battery for her and Fischl for consistent superconduct procs. Other character can work well too, it's still the early testing stages!

F2P, be mindful that she will not be this OP at c0, in fact I dont think her DPS is even higher than a c0 Diluc without hyper-investing on artifacts. She needs decent ER to maintain her high energy cost sadly.

Me and two other friends just tried the naughty corner to get Eula, We ALL got Eula and her weapon in the first 10 pull on each banner. In 130 pulls I got C1 Eula, Jean con and BOTH banner weapons. The naughty corner works!

Cant help it but she just doesnt look interesting gameplay wise….also Song of broken Pines is basically a little better WGS but offers no Crit rate or Crit Dmg or any other form of interesting stats that you hardly get anywhere else (EM, ER, Elemental dmg bonus). On top of that shes cryo (ANOTHER cryo….and we still have Ayaka and Signora to go….) with focus on physical….screams boring to me.

Every new boss has more and more HP. Every new char is more powerful to deal with the new boss. Thats how mihoyo earns money to get everyone to spend on the more powerful stuff and telling the F2Ps: "u guys will never see these numbers in ur lifetime."
You see with Eula, Diluc got power creeped again like with Ganyu and Hutao. At this rate by the time mihoyo reaches its one year anniversary the new 5 star chars will deal 100mil damage and there will be a new boss with 100 mil hp.
Lore wise it will be quite retarded with Dvalin dealing 1/100 damage of … lets say the dendro archon's pet.

eula is not strong, only genshin is weak, give it a few months and they will increase the difficulty of the game itself

When I started the game it was zhongli's debute banner and I accidentally manage to pull him in around 40 wishes. I didnt know anything about the game and wishng mechanics at that time. I was reading the comments about him and I was disappointed because of the general opinion of the community. And also he wasn't a waifu. However, he was making the game so easy for me. my dps was low. it was taking so much time to kill world bosses etc and his shield carried me a lot. So I was glad to have him and didnt care the bad opinions of others. Then now, he is the number one 5* and I am proud to have him since the beginning 😛
When you start preferring watching videos about a game you play instead of playing it…is time to unistall. Expecially when your partially levelled up Noelle is stronger than this Eula gal during her so called "story quest". ( 2 unrelated timed challenges in the Dragonspine and a dungeon are NOT a story quest, in my opinion)
