i would really hate if cyno would stack of elemental mastery i have got kazuha and to get decent elemental mastery artifacts for him it took me like 3 months
They’re changing hydro resonance but not electro, fischl + yae/cyno is gonna be a strong combo with Dendro but idk why they still won’t change electro resonance.
