Well that doesnt change the fact that u need yelan c6 to get that kind of damage, raiden only need c3 and u will get the same kind of damage, u save like 50k primo out of 100k.
It's unfortunate that they ran Yelan back to back and following Ayato, as I imagine a lot of players not feeling any need for another hydro character and missing out on Yelan. I debated it myself but got her weapon in one ten pull and really enjoyed her trial, so figured I really should grab her. Absolutely no regrets; I enjoy both Ayato and Yelan immensely, with Yelan topping my list of favorites even at C0.
