It will also be interesting to see how the Fatui and the Tsaritsa's plot to collect all the Gnoses eventually fits into all of this. Zhongli assured us that willingly trading away his Gnosis was an equivalent or at least a fair exchange.
Also we've barely seen anything regarding the Hexenzirkel, besides some mentions in events, and of course we have some info on Alice and Rhinedottir, but that's about it.
This would be my own thought which can possible be disproven, but what if the twins entering Teyvat started the cracks and the abyss is just slowly breaking it down more and more, its a random thought i have so please tell me is this is possible
The abysal dragons and beings like the rift hounds did not came from the sky but the "bottom of the abyss" as said by Rukadevata… then again.. she also said that they came from the gridle.. which looked like seeming connected to the "Fake sky" right above it… its really confusing.. perhaps we just need a "change of perception" like those Melusines have… we should try to think out of the box if we want to crack this lol
Nahida doesn't exchange the Gnosis for knowledge about the false sky — which Scaramouche already would have told her — but about information on descenders. Dottore merely introduces the topic of descenders by talking about the false sky.
We know Khaenri'ah isn't in the Abyss because the Sibling (in the Chasm quest with Dainsleif) states that they are tired of living in the Abyss and look forward to getting back to Khaenri'ah- something like that.

The "fake sky of Teyvat" is one piece of the lore I've always been heavily invested in. With the Traveler descending onto Teyvat and more information revealing itself, I do wonder if this crack in the sky has anything to do with the Abyssal plan the "Loom of Fate" ♡
Imagine if the Nameless comes from that crack 😅
Every time I see the 'holes in the skies' of Teyvat I'm reminded of the first game in the 'Draken-Nier Universe' by Yoko Taro, Drakengard 1.
Without spoling too much, that world had a 'false sky' as well as a means of PROTECTION, and the Watchers who resided beyond that… were not pretty.

Teyvat feels like a submarine that diving into the depth of the sea, the outer body holding the pressure of water until it's cracked here&there until ultimately crushed into the depth.
Nah. From what I saw in Book of Revealing domain, the building has Khaenriah type of architecture. If this were to showcase that this will be the end of the world, there should be other buildings from all regions
If the sky is broken then world of Teyvat will be consumed by Quantum Sea.
