Somebody please help me yesterday when I was playing Genshin my account suddenly logged out when I tried to log in again It showed account error when I reset and logged in again the game is starting from the start. I invested lot in that account as an F2P I had six five star characters and two 5 star weapon and now it's gone how to get it back please help me!!!

tbh i could care less if these other companies sabotage mihoyo. i feel no empathy torwards them especially with how they have been running things in the game since launch.. we still have yet to see any sever bug fixes for characters that are still broken (xinyan)
So if we get the discounted gems, they catch us, will they contact to let us know that we need to pay the rest before we get banned? Asking for a friend.
